It also helps counteract axial forces, reducing stress on the bearings and improving overall performance.
The no-overload design ensures that the pump operates safely even under varying flow conditions. Unlike standard centrifugal pumps, where power increases with flow, our design prevents excessive power draw, ensuring stable and safe operation.
Although the secondary impeller consumes about 3% of the energy, this loss can be minimized through proper design.
