Jiangsu Quality Supervision: Jing Rui, Shenghua Shield and other brand anti-static clothing check failed
Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision recently released the results of its second-quarter 2013 inspection of provincial-level industrial products. The report revealed that several brands, including Jingrui and Shenghuadun, failed to meet the standards for antistatic clothing. This inspection was conducted under the framework of China's Product Quality Law, Government Information Disclosure Regulations, and Administrative Measures on Product Quality Supervision and Spot Checking. A total of 127 industrial products were evaluated, and some batches of antistatic clothing were found non-compliant.
Among theä¸åˆæ ¼ products, Haimen Dongzhou Cleansing Garment Co., Ltd.'s batch of antistatic clothing (model: 170, production date: May 2013) failed due to issues with charged charge. Suzhou Jingrui Electrostatic Technology Co., Ltd.'s Rui antistatic clothing (model: 170/93A, production date: June 2013) also failed in point-to-point resistance and charged charge tests. Jiangsu Textile Research Institute Co., Ltd.'s CLEOTH antistatic clothing (model: 170, production date: May 2013) had similar issues, though it has since been rectified and re-qualified. Additionally, Sanhua Shield antistatic clothing from Jiangsu Shenghuadun Garments Co., Ltd. (model: 175/100, production date: April 2013) failed the pH test.
The Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision has instructed local bureaus to take appropriate actions against these unqualified products and their manufacturers in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes recalling the products, issuing warnings, and ensuring compliance through further inspections.
