The 6th Suzhou Furniture Fair helps new development

In recent times, the cost of furniture and labor has started to rise, with prices for interior materials such as aluminum and stainless steel in hardware, as well as chemical products like paint and adhesives, also increasing. Industry insiders believe that Chinese furniture is entering a period of restructuring, and the industry must face a series of upgrades and transformations. As a key supporter of the furniture sector, raw material and auxiliary suppliers must adapt to the industry’s overall development by innovating in technology, cost control, and quality improvement. This shift means that these suppliers are moving from the background to the forefront. The 6th Suzhou Furniture Fair, organized by the Xiangcheng District Government of Suzhou and co-organized by several furniture associations, will take place at the Suzhou International Expo Center from June 26 to 29, 2014. The event will feature exhibitions on mahogany furniture, office furniture, woodworking machinery, and raw and auxiliary materials. It aims to create a new platform for home furnishing materials trading, offering professional, focused, and high-end communication and business opportunities for the Chinese furniture industry, and driving its continuous development and innovation. Through this fair, furniture manufacturers and material suppliers come together, allowing direct communication between company leaders. This reduces intermediaries, enables timely access to new materials and products, and helps break down outdated procurement and logistics systems. For many excellent material suppliers, the exhibition brings significant exposure and business opportunities. Meanwhile, top furniture manufacturers and distributors gain access to better materials, advanced technologies, and innovative applications, further accelerating industry transformation. According to the organizing committee, the competition in the raw and auxiliary materials section is intense. Exhibitors include companies involved in furniture equipment, production materials, decorative elements, chemical products, testing services, and design. The exhibition has attracted a lot of attention, with many companies rushing to secure booth space. Currently, the first-floor solid wood suites are fully booked, and the second floor—covering soft furniture, office furniture, and mahogany sections—is also very competitive.

Bulkhead Connector

A pulse valve bulkhead connector is a specialized adapter that creates a secure, through-wall connection for the pneumatic or electrical components of a reverse Pulse Jet Valve system, commonly used in industrial dust collectors. It acts as a sealed pass-through, simplifying the installation and maintenance of these cleaning valves by eliminating the need for welding and allowing for easy removal of the valve components from one side of the dust collector's housing.

Key Features:

1) Various Sizes: available in multiple sizes (e.g., 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2'', 2-1/2'', 3'') to match different pulse valves and piping.
2) Material: often made from pressure die-casted aluminum or other robust materials suitable for industrial environments.
3) Sealing: come with specific seals (like NBR or FKM for different temperature ranges) to create a secure seal against the collector wall.
