Each facility had distinct production needs, prompting Qinchuan Grande to develop a complete series of CNC axle grinding machines tailored to these requirements.
The GZ118A and GZ118B models are high-speed CNC axle grinders designed for complex shapes, while the GZ116A model is a bevel-cut type that can handle multi-step outer surfaces, end faces, arcs, and automatically control tapers using the B-axis. An ultra-precise, continuously adjustable measuring device ensures accurate diameter measurements for multi-step axles. The GZ126 and GZ139 models feature dual grinding frames, enabling simultaneous grinding of both ends of the axle, using multiple wheels for enhanced efficiency. These machines are equipped with Siemens 840D CNC systems, offering five-axisè”动 (five-axis linkage) and high levels of automation.
Qinchuan Grande has built a strong reputation for quality service, maintaining a user satisfaction rate above 95%. In 2014, the company successfully completed orders for 11 high-speed CNC axle grinders for key clients, including the Tianjin High-Power Locomotive Maintenance Base, Baotou Yiji, Taiyuan North Depot, Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company, Xi’an Depot, Xi’an High-Power Locomotive Maintenance Section, Chengdu High-Power Locomotive Maintenance Center, Shenhua Group, and Huanghua Locomotive Maintenance Center, further solidifying its leadership in the industry.
