Based on these insights, Qinchuan Grande successfully developed a series of CNC axle grinding machines tailored to meet the specific needs of domestic axles. Models like GZ118A and GZ118B are high-speed special grinding machines capable of handling multi-step outer surfaces, end faces, arcs, and automatic taper control via the CNC B-axis. The GZ116A model features a bevel-cut design, while the GZ126 and GZ139 models use dual wheel frames for simultaneous grinding of both ends of the axle, featuring five-axisè”动 (five-axis linkage) and Siemens 840D CNC systems for enhanced automation and efficiency.
