The application process for the postdoctoral workstation began in 2012 and took over a year to complete. After thorough screening by local, municipal, provincial, and national personnel departments, the application was submitted to the National Postdoctoral Management Committee in July this year. Following expert reviews, on-site demonstrations, and defense presentations, Lang emerged as the standout candidate, earning unanimous recognition from the expert panel due to its strong technical foundation and innovative capabilities.
