1 The drive source prevents impact on the shaft when it starts. Excessive application of excessive load to the product can result in malfunction, damage or personal injury and damage to machinery and equipment. Use the flexible coupling shown below to avoid directly bearing radial or axial loads on the shaft. In order to have excellent ability to absorb eccentric impact and vibration, rubber/resin coupling is recommended. Please consult the coupling manufacturer for the specific conditions of use.
2 Do not chase the product. Any follow-up processing of the product will make it lack of strength, product damage, resulting in human injury or damage to machinery and equipment.
3 In the case of a fixed axis, a certain degree of freedom is allowed. If the shaft is fixed, no degree of freedom is allowed, and any eccentricity will bite, leading to poor operation, product damage or possible personal injury and damage to machinery and equipment.

Use cautions:
1 The amount of eccentricity between the drive shaft and the fixed shaft varies depending on the type and size of the flexible coupling to be used, and it is approximately 0.3 mm or less. Above 2 channels, do not use piping support. Due to piping tension, deflection, etc. (especially during start-up), excessive radial load may occur at one time, and care should be taken.
2 This gap sealing structure has a floating structure (degrees of freedom) on the sliding sleeve to absorb the accumulated eccentricity of the parts. In order to absorb the eccentricity of the driving shaft and the fixed shaft and the impact force during the rotation, the driving source and its connection part are , equipped with a flexible coupling. Flexible couplings are recommended for use with rubber that absorbs eccentricity and impact. Resin coupling, for axial load, see P.140.
