Turning and grinding jigs for automotive axle heads (figure)

The shaft head produced by our company is an important part of the car - the security piece. The structure of the shaft head is shown in Figure 1:

The machining of this part is mainly concentrated in the outer circle. The turning and grinding jigs for machining the outer circle are introduced as follows:

1. Design requirements <br> <br> material 40 MnB, quenching 23 ~ 32 HRC, the local high frequency induction quenching. The outer circle of φ90 mm is the reference circle, and the coaxiality of the reference circle of the remaining outer circle is 0.01mm, 0.05mm, and the verticality is 0.02mm.

2. Process according to claim Analysis <br> <br> FIG. 1, the bore is not requested processing, press forming method guarantees φ67 mm bore, i.e. the bore of the blank through hole. The machine adding process is: clear the inner hole oxide skin → cut the small end control full length → rough car shape → heat treatment (23 ~ 32 HRC) → semi-finished car shape → car big end down 30 ° angle → car small end down 30 ° angle → fine car shape → local high frequency induction quenching (φ90 mm, φ95 mm two places) → thread thread → grinding outer circle → finishing big end stop and chamfer → milling keyway. The length of the small end control of the process is required to remove the burr of the φ67 mm orifice of the inner hole and no chamfering is allowed. The equipment used for roughing the shape of the rough car and the shape of the semi-finished car is a profiling lathe. The clamping uses a three-jaw internal expansion clamp to expand the inner end of the large end hole φ115 mm, the tip of the tail tip is tightly closed with a small end φ67 mm inner hole, and the inner end of the large and small end holes The 30° chamfer is built on the basis of the outer circle of the car. The shape of the finished car and the positioning of the outer circle of the grinding machine are both 30° chamfered by the large and small ends, so the outer circle is coaxial with the inner hole. Compared with the previous process, it saves three processes, namely drilling the center hole, drilling and boring, shortening the processing time, reducing the energy consumption and reducing the manufacturing cost of the parts.

The key process of this product is the two steps of finishing the shape and grinding the outer circle.
