One of the key strategies is to strictly limit the use of traditional incandescent bulbs, which are inefficient and consume more power. This measure has become a global standard for energy saving and emission reduction.
Instead of incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps—especially self-ballasted ones—are recommended for general use. Halogen lamps are suggested for areas where frequent switching, dimming, or special lighting effects are needed, such as in retail stores or decorative settings.
The restriction on incandescent lamps currently focuses on residential and commercial sectors. In hotels, collaboration among designers, engineers, and construction teams is essential to promote energy-saving practices. For households, government policies, such as pricing incentives, play a major role in guiding consumers toward more sustainable choices.
