Experts agreed that the implementation of the project is conducive to improving the independent innovation capability and industrial competitiveness of the semiconductor lighting industry and is of great significance to the promotion of the development of key materials in the upper reaches of the semiconductor lighting industry in Beijing and even the whole country. Under the coordination of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology and the Beijing New Material Center, a number of experts formed an acceptance team to conduct a comprehensive and detailed examination and acceptance of the project. The panel includes: Professor Shen Guangdi from Beijing University of Technology and a professor from Beijing Jiaotong University. During the period, the acceptance team carefully listened to projects and research reports, user use, tests, and audit reports made by the project leader of the semiconductor institute, Yang Fuhua, the assistant to the director, and Fan Zhongchao, senior engineer of the integration center. Through the deliberation of indicators and on-site inspections, the acceptance team fully discussed and agreed that the project passed acceptance.
