Our company is an oil drilling equipment development enterprise. The development of China's equipment industry has prompted the company to continuously develop and innovate. In order to establish a century-old brand image, it is necessary to ensure the production of parts, regardless of product material, structure and processing precision. The development of the industry has been improved to a greater extent. Our branch factory is the manufacturing base of the pump assembly, the core component of the company's solid-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process of the product, a large number of advanced and efficient tools and machine tools are required. At present, half of our company's machining center machine tools are imported from China, and because they are heavy-duty, they are all low-speed machine tools. The cutters mainly use CNC cutters from Kenner, Sweden, Sandvik Coromant, Sumitomo, Kyocera, Da Zhaohe, Korea Teguike, Chengdu Sentai Yingge, and Qianmu Tool Co., Ltd. % of imports, only the handle, the knife made in China can occupy a place. Every year, my factory's tool consumption is about 2 million yuan.
Use of modular files
At present, our rough boring is a one-piece double-edged trowel, as shown in Figure 1. And now it is the world of modular scythes. Finishing is not a domestically popular fine-tuning fine boring tool. It is a CH head imported from abroad, a device similar to a flat disk. This kind of CH head can automatically control the change of diameter first, and it can be used to finish precision size, arc, groove and thread. Just replace the front cutter head. Secondly, it is longer than the flat disk and has a large processing length. However, the manufacturing is complicated, the precision is high, and the parts purchase cycle is long. And the price is very expensive to get the price of a small CNC machine.

Our core products such as pumps are six-sided box parts, the material is alloy steel, the hardness is ≥34HRC, and the six faces have holes crossing, as shown in Figure 3. It has several difficulties: high hardness, deep hole penetration, large inner cavity, small head, and need for armpits; large diameter (>15mm) serrated thread, large diameter cone with high precision (the minimum diameter is also larger than 70mm) ).

For the processing of intersecting holes, it is only a cavity for reducing weight and storing water, but because several holes in the front, back, left, and right sides intersect, the ordinary blade is broken or the blade tip is severely worn. Unable to process. We use Kenner's R0.8 diamond blade, the balance of more than 40mm, 5mm per knife, 10 knives to go, one tool can process 2 to 3 cavities. Kenner's blade has the disadvantage of expensive imported blades and a long delivery period. Once a domestic tool manufacturer provided their blades, the situation was very poor, and a hole could not be done. It is a pity that after two trials, They gave up. For sawtooth threads and taper holes, there are currently no domestic manufacturers providing services in this regard. At present, we process the serrated thread in the form of a driver's pick, which is very fast. A 90mm length sawtooth buckle only takes 5-6 minutes. But this is very demanding on the blade. Typical threaded inserts often break and wear in the middle, causing the thread to be scrapped or repaired. Such large diameter serrated threads do not seem to have any other milling methods that are more efficient and stable.
