7. What's your lead time?
Usually speaking, we keep some in stock and we need 3-7 days to ship the products   and for big orders, it's enough with 15-20days for we have two factories to manufacture.
8.  What about the after-service?
We offer remote control for our products and if there is wrong alarm because of the surroundings, the user can use TF card of cellphone to save the wrong signal as a file and then send the file to us by internet. Our engineer will analyses the signal and refresh the program and then send it to you ,you can use the new program to make it work which is very easy and quick.
